Absolutely lovely bracelet, and incredible customer service. I ordered a bracelet the night before beaded daisy was scheduled to be on holiday not realizing, and my bracelet was engraved, shipped, and in the post by the next day. When I did receive it I realized that I had made a mistake with the sizing and reached out not expecting to hear back until after March 30th (tomorrow) when the shop was set to reopen. I heard back the same day and not only was the shop willing to resize the worked with me to get another bracelet made, and to resize the current bracelet prior to a trip I need to take this Wednesday. Just a phenomenal customer experience and so grateful for this shops kindness.
